About
A lifelong resident of Rhode Island, Joe has over 34 year’s experience in all aspects of real estate conveyancing, regularly representing buyers, sellers and lenders in residential and commercial transactions. Joe has extensive experience and knowledge of title searching, review and clearing, purchase and sales agreements, and closing Conventional, FHA, VA, RI Housing and private lender transactions. Joe’s clients include lending institutions, private lenders, investors, realtors and individual buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate. Joe is the former Assistant Town Solicitor for Smithfield, RI from 1990-1994.
Joe is admitted to practice law in Rhode Island. He received his J.D. from Suffolk University School of Law, 1988 and his B.S. in Management from Providence College, 1985 where he played 4 years of baseball and captained the Friar Baseball Team. Joe was also the recipient of the Joseph V. MacAndrew Award.

Joe has been married to his wife, Ann Mary for 26 years and they have three beautiful children, Julia, Eliza and Benjamin.
When Joe’s children were younger, he coached girls slow pitch and fast pitch softball, girls basketball, boys little league, juniors and American Legion baseball and boys basketball. Joe got great joy out of coaching and watching his children play sports from youth thru high school.
Joe is a former Board member of Scituate/Foster Little League, former Board Member of the Scituate High School Boosters, former Board Member and Treasurer of the ALS Association of RI and current chairman of the Scituate Tax Assessment Board of Review.
In his free time, Joe spends his time making wine, foraging for wild mushrooms, gardening, enjoying the ocean and salt water fishing.
